THEY ARE HERE

I am checking the quality and today we will start setting up the shipping station.

We hope to get first packages in the mail by Tuesday.

The shipping order will be as follow:

AU and CA will get done first as they are part of a combined shipping.

USA will be second wave as they take longer to deliver. 

EU and Rest of the World to finish. 

If you check on backer kit when your order is marked as shipped it means is ready and will be delivered to the courier or post office the following day. 

FORGOT THE PLEDGE MANAGER?

No worries write us when the update with all packages sent is up, we will manage the remaining ones. 

CARD DISPUTES on Stripe

This is a common thing, this round we had 5 card disputed, we won 2 out of 5 disputes. In the past we mail them anyway. This round we will not, as we don't just loose the extra funds pledged or shipping. We also get a 27.00€ penalty each lost dispute. If your card got disputed we will sure ship the item but we request to pay the missing amount and the penalty. 

ISSUES AND COMMUNICATIONS

Please don't send us KS, FB or any other messages as we have a hard time following them all. The best way to get an answer and a fix to any issue is to email us at:

We are not the fastest to reply especially now that we will be involved in shipping out the orders but you will get a reply asap. Be assured that we will do anything to deliver you what you have ordered.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OUR SUPPORTERS.

2020 STARTS WITH GOOD NEWS, THE MINIATURES GOT SHIPPED A BIT LATE (10 DAYS FROM SCHEDULE) BUT ARE IN ROUTE. IN A FEW WEEKS I HOPE TO START SHIPPING THE ORDERS IF NOT EARLIER.

IF YOU EMAILED US IN THE PAST 3 DAYS I WILL REPLY TO YOU ASAP, STILL RECOVERING FROM THE ITALIAN SIDE OF THE FAMILY HOLIDAY MEALS... MANY ANTIPASTI, 2 OR 3 MAIN DISHES MOSTLY PASTA, 2 SECONDS, DESERT, COFFEE AND LIMONCELLO... THIS EVERY DAY FROM THE 24 TO THE 27th AND AGAIN THE 30th TILL YESTERDAY. WAY TOO MUCH FOOD.... NOT USED TO IT.

STL files

Files are ready to be shared, I will start sending them starting today. If you had a lower pledge of LV10 digital and have STL files, please wait for next update to contact me as I may miss some. 

Production

Production is almost done, and should get here in 7/14 days. Due to the holiday I will start shipping the models early Jan. more updates coming. 

Pledge Manager

I pulled all data this morning, if you didn't fill the pledge manager your order will be shipped after all the other are shipped.

Masters were all printed and production has started.

Models are being printed

The last models are being printed by the factory and will go into production soon, hopefully this week.
